Poor turnaround time to clients

I rented a car with Europe car on the 5th of April returned the vehicle on the 7th.On the 11th of April I got a rude email from Faith saying I have to return the vehicle as my rental is overdue!

I immediately called the numbers on the email spoke to Neil one of the managers he mentioned there was a misunderstanding as he can see that I brought back the vehicle on the 7th already but he will get Faith to fix the issue and contact me in the next day. To date I'm still waiting for my money and when I call the head office I'm being told that I have to wait 7 WORKING DAYS TO GET MY MONEY!I HAVE ALREADY WAITED THE WHOLE WEEK AND I CANT WAIT ANOTHER WEEK I NEED MY MONEY AS IN LAST WEEK ALREADY.
