Poor service from such a well known company

What a bad service received, i was bumped driving the car rental and just because i never took the details of the other driver and also could not open a case, they are now charging me this exorbitant amount of money. i went to renault approved panel beater and he said the bumper will cost R8000 to sort out the mess and when i got to Europcars they told me that i am not allowed to fix the car as they do it themselves, then suddenly i am being charged R37000. i so trusted eurpcar but with this experience i would never recommend them to anyone. and it is so funny because i was told about an access of R5037 and now i get a bill of R37000
