Poor service and false claims of damage from europcar king shaka international Airport.

Rented a Toyota corolla from king shaka international Airport for 4 days. Unfortunately on return assessor notices a new dent(X1) on the roof which I was not sure of on collection add it had been raining. She also noted damage to spare wheel side wall despite not using it. Both of which I was willing to lose my access to. Unfortunately 1 week later I receive a claim to my rental of R28000 for damages, including my own, which had not been incurred by me. New claims included extra dents and repair to glass which was not pointed out at return. Unfortunately, europcar contacts you hiding behind the liability clauses without engaging with the client. Overall poor service overall... Please note. Cctv footage on a rainy day is not proof enough that a car does not have a dent.
