Poor Service

Bad service I have received from Europa car rentals in Sandton whereby I have hired a car on the 31 October 2020 and returned the car on the 13 of November 2020, I was advised that I will be refunded my money within 14 days. The money is not yet paid back to me, last week I have called them and they promised the money will be into my account last week already. Till today the money is not in my account, called the Sandton branch they took my number to call me back as they will investigate and call me back, they did not call me back. When call their client services I was now old I was not yet invoiced for the rental. This is not my issues, I want the money into my bank account immediately.
