Poor service

On the 26th November 2019 i picked up a vehicle in cape Town international Airport as i was embarking on a journey to Eastern Cape to prepare for my two boys as they are entering a new journey of becoming Man as i was passing cradock the vehicle gave me a warning sign that i must check the engine coolant and when i arrived in Queenstown i went to the europcar branch and one of the employees Yanga said i should get engine cooler as they don't have cars and the warning sign did not go away and on friday they 29th I went back to the branch and insisted that we go to vw and we did and the guy from service center told Yanga the radiator was leaking and he must organise me another vehicle Yanga just left me there and called me after 45 minutes to tell me to fill up the car i asked him about what the gentle man said he dropped the phone and i drove the car to ran my errands the initial reason for hiring the car to prepare for my two boys and one the 29th as i was driving the vehicle it gave me a warning sign that i must stop the car the engine is overheating and i called the road assistance and i was put to Yanga and he said he'll organize tow truck and he never did i ended up sleeping in the car and Sunday morning i called again i spoke to jabu and he managed to get Diane she got me me tow truck and they arrived and took the car and i called jabu as i was stranded with no car he put me through to yanga and he told me to pay R9250 for access when i asked him questions he said i must call jabu who told me i must put beer aside implying i was drunk and now in still stranded ive been calling in vain nobody is willing to tell me what's going on.
