Poor customer service rude contact Centre consultant

So tomorrow I have to collect a car my insurance organized for me from europcar because I was busy I forgot to call and find out if they can deliver the car I call in at around 18h50 a guy called Mncedisi who refused to give me his surname cuts me first before I could finish what I was saying I called to ask europcar to deliver the car at automagic in parow he did not hear me and assumed I had said an automatic quickly cuts me and say your insurance had got you a manual so I stop him and explained what I was saying he then tells me well a delivery is a fee I answer by saying that is not a problem this guy rudely repeats this by saying if it’s not a problem then you must call in tomorrow at this time I’m getting agitated by this attitude and told him his service is very poor his answer is that is not a problem so I say to him ok then give me your name and surname coz I definitely have to report this you can do that was his answer but then he tells me giving his surname to me is not his job title and he dropped the phone
