Poor bad service

Im so utterly disappointed and disgusted at the poor service in this place the way they just treat clients. my car was ****** insurance booked a car with them and there were stories in order for us to get the car and finally we got it and when we returned the car, we asked to rent it privately and confirmed everything when we came to collect again this guy called Wesley Smith he didn’t make the booking for the car next thing when they call him he just plays mind games and keeps quiet wen they say he must explain why he didn’t book the car. This place is just **** the people who work there are *********** and they don’t know how to work well with people that place should just be closed down completely since they don’t take their jobs seriously. They giving Europcar a bad name they running the company down to the ground its just shambles and shameful so disgusted
