POOR ACCOUNTS SYSTEM AND NASTY THREATS DESPITE MULTIPLE EFFORTS TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE

Europcar's account system is pathetic!!! I have been receiving smses since March- harrassing me for payment- the numbers did not work for the first few weeks, thereafter I requested an invoice to make payment multiple times to no receipt! They kept sending me nasty smses even though me as the customer keeps asking for the invoice to make payment! DO NOT APPRECIATE THE HARRASSMENT BY YOU AND YOUR AGENCIES EUROPCAR!!!!
