Please stop the sms threats and respond to my emails

This issue is ongoing for over a year and no response to any of my emails (to a ***) and escalated to ***. Months would pass and suddenly I get a message threatening me, the latest (14/09/2020) being I will be bared from renting any vehicles. The amount owed (R375.80) supposedly relates to a traffic fine admin fee incurred, yet there's no outstanding traffic fine or better, they cant (or wont) advised me when or where it was incurred.

I can't and won't pay for something I have no knowledge of or the legitimacy of the persons making the threat. Respond to my email and clarity sought and if I am at wrong, I will gladly pay the amount.
