Petrol charges for already refueled car

Car was returned with full tank but was charged for petrol refuel. Proof was sent to nomsa nxumalo but she did nothing as the incorrect amount was paid back. Please payback all my petrol charges as there wasn't a need to bill, car was full when returned.
