pay extra coz Europe car feels like it

they cheat and are not fair ,we had a trip to mpumalanga and unfortunately were affected wheather when tree fell on the car damaged a roof pannel we followed all processes and paid all we needed to pay. but they added insult to pain by adding charges to our bill saying we had to pay an extra fee which we are still disputing it.
