Pathetic service from Meadowdale branch

Pearl from Meadowdale branch gave me an incorrect amount for the extension of my rental as a result I won't have a car for atleast a week, I'm very upset because she is denying the whole conversation , they don't even have phone call recordings. I'm very upset.
