Pathetic service from europcar

I am still waiting for my deposit and the extra amount that was taken for extra days that should have been charged to my insurance. This was apparently only released today because of a banking error on their side. They also charged me for fuel even though I had filled the vehicle under an hour before and the europcar office that I returned it to is just one 4 km away when I queried it they decided to refund the amount which I have received already. Their refunds do not make sense as the fuel was queried after the deposit and extra charges but was refunded before
