Pathetic service at Lanseria Airport

I hired a car through a traveling agent for pick up on the 24March. Upon arrival at 19:30 the branch was closed yet there is a clear sign that it closes at 22:00 on weekdays. I called the standby number several times ringing non stop not being answered. In some instances it will be unavailable. I tried the toll free as well and end up hanging up. Eventually the standby returned my call after about 30 min only to be asked why was I late as they close at 19:30. I was then told to wait as they were trying to locate someone nearer to the airport. After approximately 30 I had to make a follow up only to be told they can’t locate anyone and I should wait for further 40min for some to come. The kind of service record is below standard. It was the worse inconvenience I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t get any assistance and had to get an Uber to my destination which resulted in extra costs which I hadn’t planned for yet I have already paid for the booking. Your service is pathetic to say the least
