Pathetic service at Europcar

The service I received from them was pathetic recently where i got a car with a canopy i could not use, got charged an extra day for an issue caused by them and when they resolved it i still got charged extra. Their employee told me its unlimited kilometers but i got charged over R8 per kilometer which is a lot of money already. I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT at EUROPCAR. You dont even deserve a single *
