Pathetic Service and unhelpful staff

I am so annoyed with your staff at OR Tambo. 1st, the vehicles key ring says its a i20, only to get an i10, which is fine, no issues. 2nd, I had to go past my office, to collect marketing material, and had my access card with me, which I hung on the rear view mirror .. it is 3 days later, I still haven't received my tag back from you, despite numerous calls, and a gentleman by the name Walter promising to call ke once he's check with the depot, cause apparently, the car went there. Now, I don't blame anyone for leaving my tag in the car, it is my fault, however, this should have been realized immediately at drop off, and treated as urgent when I made yhe calls to try and retrieve it. It is now the 26th of Nov, I called again, and was transferred to lost and found, and they have no records of a tag, but also says the car is at the depot, they will check with them and revert.. it is now, 3hrs later, I still haven't heard from your staff. This is Pathetic service
