Pathetic Service and ************

<p>Completely disgusted that Europcar South Africa deducted an amount from my deposit for refueling expenses when I filled the car up only meters from the branch. After having a look around social media this seems to be the norm for Europcar. When I requested the invoice I got told it would be emailed to me, that was a week ago and I still have no invoice. I can only imagine the amount of money you have made from people who don't follow up. PATHETIC !!!</p>
