Pathetic service
I had 2 fines with Europcar were i had to pay the admin fee. I was handed over to a company called debtworks this was in Jan. I then made the 2 payments as per arangements. Now an attorney's office has contacted me. The funny part is noware in this timeframe had Europcar tried to contact me.
