Pathetic Service

<p><br />I have been driving a Europ car for the past 6 months and I have made a Petrol card for convience.<br />About a month ago, there was a small repair work that had to be done and I was given a vehicle to use in the mean time, I was shocked when I realised that my car was hired out to someone and its not like the guys in Sunninghill didn't know this and when i raised this issue, I was told, it will be back in 3 days and they will notify me once it has been returned, I waiting, no one called, I then called and I was told it hasn't been returned it which I didn't believe that.</p> <p>It has been 2 weeks since I raised this issue and I am being given run arounds, excuses, excuses, The Sunninghill branch is pointing finger to the workshop team, my calls are not being returned and the last time I spoke to them was 16h00 this afternoon since I was promised to get my car today, I am still waiting. It has been 2 weeks since I raised this and I am constantly calling them and this hasn't been resolved</p> <p>I hope this gets sorted out as soon as possible.</p>
