Pathetic customer service and ethic

Ive been calling Eruopecar Midrand more than 2wice a day to have a query on my invoice resolved. It has been a week now with not one call from them nor an answer! Firstly they dont explain their hidden cost secondly i filled the vehicle full but they say they drove it to the garage and at the garage it wasnt full but when collected it was shown the guage was full.and they billed me for fuel, thirdly my husband went with me to the branch to fetch the car as he would be driving but they charged me for 2 drivers and lastly the hidden document admin fee they charge.

Poor service and business ethic
