Pathetic attitude ,faulty cars and bad service

My insurance rented a courtesy car for me from europcar Hatfield my pick up time was 9:00 on my way there I realized I forgot my license at home I had to go back home I got to europa around 10:00 I was assisted by a nice gentleman forgot his name so when I arrive a saw a car standing outside which was extremely dirty filled with mad only to find out that car was meant for me so while I was processing the car rental they only started washing the car then so I waited for about 20 min told the gentlemen I have a meeting to attend to I need the car so they so he told me they not done cleaning the car but I was in a hurry so 1. incompetency they knew I was coming in for collection the car should have been washed 2. they told me its a manual lock but i did not think i have to lock/open each door ,so basically the key locks drivers door only which I felt was not safe and its a mission to work with cause I travel with kids i cant go around the car each time i stop or open inside each time a person wants to get in the car what will happen if i forget to lock one door then someone opens the door and my belogings are ****** so I called in I explained my issue to one of their agents and they said I can come in to collect a car so I get to the branch then I was told one of the ladies there will help me when I got to her desk she spoke out loud why are you sending people here while you said I must study so that shows how unprofessional these people are then I explained my reason for being there I was told if thats the only reason then we dont have cars then I asked her to refer me somewhere else she loudly said “where must I refer you to cause am telling you there is no cars theres nothing I can do sesi please take your keys” so I asked her to give me head office numbers I spoke to one consultants all she said was talk to the manger when i went back in the manager was approching me telling me she has knocked off there isnt anything she can do then said “she will try getting me a car and if she gets it she contact me” then I told her I dont want her to try I want another car cause this one isnt working for me she then said to me if I want another car I should upgrade and pay for a bigger car how pathectic is their service they dont care about clients all they care about is money am never ever using their services ever again and I would suggest to anyone reading this to stay away from such service.
