Overcharged for Rental of a Toyota Vitz for a month at R17 000.00

I WAS OVERCHARGED!!!

i rented a Toyota Vitz on the 12 March 2025 till 12 April 2025. I was made to pay R17 000.00. The invoice was reflecting Prebill Deposit of R15 651.00 with a Total of R12 634.00.

I was only refunded R 2 157.00

I still find everything strange and not correct.

On the 23 April 2025 I wrote an email requesting them to review this, but to date there is no reply.
