Overcharged for Fuel

I rented a car in December 2015. The car I rented was from Group B, so a small vehicle with good fuel consumption. The one supp**** was a Renault Sandero (I think it was a 1.4 liter) and I drove 249km during my trip.<br> <br> When I received the invoice, I noticed I was charged R361.35 for fuel.<br> Now I have done previous trips of the same distance and have never been charged so much for fuel. If you look at my previous trips, I travelled 251km in May 2015 and was charged R197.35 and 271km in Feb 2015 and was charged R207.85. All these were with Group B vehicles.<br> <br> So how can you now charge me nearly double the amount for a similar trip?<br> And, the price of petrol was actually LESS in Dec 2015 than it was in May and Feb!!!<br> <br> You are clearly overcharging me. Whats more, I have twice been in touch with your customer care but have had no feedback or response. They just tell me they will forward the complaint on to the relevant branch, and then nothing after that.<br> <br> I have seen many other customers complaining about being overcharged for fuel, so this is obviously a policy of yours to try and boost revenues, which I feel is dishonest and disgusting.<br> <br> Not impressed.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
