Overcharged & deceptive operating hours

<p>I hired a car on 08/10/2016 @ 17:57 and returned it at 17:55 where I found the service desk closed at East London Airport. The operating hours displayed said they close at 19:00 on saturdays. I dropped the keys off in the key drop box.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they billed my credit card as if the car was only returned at 08:00 am on 09/10/2016, billed for a day more whereas the car was with them.</p>
