Overcharged!!!
I rented a Hyundai i10 from Europcar with standard waiver. During my holiday, my vehicle was broken into, the only damage to the vehicle was that the left back window was smashed. I receive the bill from Europcar after returning the vehicle as follows:

R1953.48 to replace the small window??? How is this possible?
At most I should be paying the excess from their insurance policy.

On top of that they wack me with a R726 Claim Admin Fee which was not brought to my attention upon booking the vehicle and I can't seem to find this amount stipulated in the terms and conditions on their website. This is ****************, the fees are way too high!

I want the more of the deposit refunded to me!
