Over charged and now being ignored

It's been close to a month since I provided you with petrol receipts for refuelling I done and you some how end up charging me over R300 when I dropped off the cars. I asked Yolanda (from Mode and) two weeks ago what new things have developed and she ignored me. Just as you are ignoring me.
