Outstanding service from Zelda at Europcar Randburg

I would like to compliment the outstanding service I received from Zelda at Europcar Randburg.

My vehicle is currently in for repairs and Europcar assisted me with a rental vehicle. Unfortunately, I was not comfortable with the initial vehicle provided, but Zelda handled the situation with absolute professionalism and care.

She quickly assisted me with arranging a vehicle change and even went the extra mile to organise for the replacement vehicle to be brought to me, which made a huge difference during an already stressful time. Throughout the entire process, she kept me updated and communicated clearly every step of the way.

Her friendly attitude, efficiency, and willingness to help made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition.
