Outstanding Service

I wanted to commend the Europcar downtown Durban city branch for their outstanding service and professionalism. The branch was experiencing loadshedding and was unable to process my collection due to systems being offline. Anil Moodley went out of his way to process the collection via a branch that had power.Amazing service and quick thinking! Well done Europcar and tintheir amazing staff.
