Not delivering what they promise

Once again has Europacar live up to their poor standard of customer services! I will never recommend this unprofessional company to anyone, rather spend the extra few rand on an alternative car rental agency than this unreliable company.<br> I requested delivery of the vehicle at 12:30 to our office for our 5 1/2 hour drive. At 12:45 still no vehicle or phone call from the branch with a courtesy call informing the vehicle will be late. After numerous phone calls to the call centre (who don't return calls) asking where the vehicle was the driver arrived 13:00, an hour late!!!<br> Phindi at Fourways branch advised that the Sandton Branch will be delivering and that the car does have a tow bar. Needless to say, NO FLIPPING TOW BAR!!!! What do we do with the trailer and mountain bikes Europecar???? We had to repack al leave the trailer and bikes behind.<br> Europacar, your service is unprofessional and unreliable!!!<br>
