No visible damage being investigated, deposit is being held.

Bad experience at Europcar Braamfontein.. On return of the vehicle the inspector insists that he could see a dent on the driver side door which was not even visible to me or my wife, he insisted that I fill in the claim form which I did and stated that there is no visible dent. Still waiting for feedback as I haven't received my deposit back yet, really unprofessional. Really hope they pay attention to - SAVRALA Fair Wear & Tear Standard and Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 54, as I see this as completely unfair treatment to me.
