No vehicle collection

<p>I got a courtesy car from Europcar through my insurance. When I went to collect my own car from the panel beaters, I called Europcar and arranged for the vehicle to be collected from me at the panel beaters. The collection arrangements were made a day prior to the actual day of collection.</p> <p>I arrived at the panel beaters a few minutes after the scheduled time and there was nobody to collect the car. I called Europcar and they confirmed that nobody had scheduled the collection of the car. </p> <p>They told me to either wait for their driver to come from wherever and collect the car or to leave the car and keys at the panel beaters so that they could collect it from there.</p> <p>I raised a concern as to how they can expect me to hand over their vehicle to a third party without any paperwork in place. And as predicted, they had no answer to that. </p> <p>******* and unprofessional service...</p>
