NO REVERSAL OF DEPOSIT!!!

BE CAREFUL when using EUROPCAR at O R Tambo Airport! We hired a car via bookings.com on arrival they took a deposit of R14500!!! It is a week since we returned the vehicle and they have not reversed the deposit payment!!! We have emailed them and informed bookings.com to ask to have this reversed and this has still not been done! Car hire companies are supposed to block your deposit not put the amount through as a payment!!!
