No response to 3rd party claim

On the 10/11/2020, one of your drivers, Phumlani Zondi, driving a White Renault Stepway car registration JF 82 GP crashed into my mom's car. I tried contacting your offices to lay a claim & after being sent from pillar to post, I was given Hanli Strydom's email address. I made contact with her on 02/02/2021 & shared all proof to which she advised on 03/02/2021 that she has received my email. That was the last time I received communication from her despite sending follow up emails. Please sort this out and respond to my emails.
