NO RESPONSE FROM EUROPCAR FOR OVERCHARGES

Rented a vehicle long term over a month and get charged a daily rate of almost R500/day as opposed to long term rental rate per day of R255 odd per day. Unable to get to hold of anyone who is responsible and able to assist. Eventually got hold of Phindile Mkhondo, Call Centre Team Manager who promised to get back to me on Friday, 30th September. Still waiting for a response after follow up on email, telephone calls, leaving messages to no avail. Now being charged R2500 by Europcar for recovery and I am being listed as 'DO NOT RENT TO CLIENT''. How is it fair to charge an absorbentant rate - almost double the daily rate - for a long term rental
