No Refund So We can Earn Interest on Your Money
<p>Please be very careful when using Europcar Rsa as a rental company. They are quick to take your deposit but when it comes to paying it back then it takes forever. I was promised 48-72hrs and a week later and still nothing. I have also requested a complete bill of any deductions and proof of etoll usage and also nothing has been provided. This is the way that they use your money to earn extra interest.</p> <p>Europcar is definitely not the rental company to use as they have very bad business practice. Rental No: ********** 97</p> <p>I await your automated response and more bad customer service!</p>
