No refund after 4 months.

Our refund forms were completed in May 2019. We were at first charged for an extra day as the pick up driver only booked the car back in the next day. It was corrected but now we are waiting for our refund. 4 months and several frustrating emails later we still have nothing. Very slow to respond to emails and requests. According to forms refund will take 7-10 working days.
