No one can answer my question.

Good day

We were in Joberg this weekend past and we hired a car from Europcar. When we returned the car I asked a simple question. When more or less with I be refunded my deposit?

That was it I was not asking for my deposit back I simple asked when more or less will I get my deposit back. The people were not able to answer me.

Today I phoned in and asked the same question more or less how long will I have to wait to get my deposit back and again no one was able to answer my question?
