No more Europcar for me, ever!

I will never use Europcar ever again. I was traveling from Cape Town to George and they charged me an additional fee for not returning the car to the place I picked it up from. When I asked about this, they told me they have to bring the car back to Cape Town after I dropped it off in George and that is why they charge an additional fee of R1200. What a load ****! They don't have to "return" the car to Cape Town. They simply rent it out to someone else going to Cape Town. If I knew I will have to dish out an additional R1200 for bull****, I could have just flown to George, rent a car there and save a lot of time and money. I understand there might be some admin involved in sorting our the car at another branch and for that, I would gladly pay a fee of say R200 or even R300, but R1200 is a complete rip-off!!! I also have not yet receive any statement from them for the rental. Poor, poor service!
