NO CLAIM RECOVERY FOLLOWING ACCIDENT CAUSED BY ANOTHER DRIVER!

I rented a vehicle from this company. Good service up until I had a claim..Unfortunately whilst parked to collect my son from school, another drive side swerved the vehicle causing damage. Incident reported at SAPS and details of driver and vehicle to the claims department. To date no one has reverted regarding the recovery of the excess, assessment and admin charges I incurred despite their policy advising of a recovery with 45days. Please help. I am left out of pocket for those expenses for an accident that was not my fault!
