NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS' LIVES
my Insurance got me a car when i was in an accident with Europcar. i got there and got the oldest car ever with km higher than 30000. i picked up the car in Nelspruit and as i was driving back to Joburg the Tyre burst uncontrollably. luckily i was Closer to a garage and asked people to help me push it to a car. how embarrassing is that? i get there and the attendant helps me change it and decided to check the Tyre pressure on the other 3 wheels. shockingly the pressure in the was 320. how do you put a Tyre pressure of 320 on a small picanto? was that your way of ****ing me and the passengers i had in the car? i was so mad at Europcar and told my insurance that i dont want the car anymore because it nearly ****ed me. my insurance assured me that they will deal with Europcar and that i shouldn't be charged for negligence. to my surprise i get calls from collectors that i owe Europcar. After i specifically explained what happened was never my mistake. my life was put in danger so are the people that were with me in the car. why do i have to pay for your own negligence? do you ever service your cars? why treat customers like they mean nothing to you. im utterly disappointed and i hope you sort this out because it shouldn't be my responsibility to pay. Europcar you need to sort this out and stop focusing on making money and think of your customers. i need this matter solved before you blacklist me for something that was never my fault.
