What a horrible experience at OR Tambo... One arrogant employee on duty ....... 31 December 2017 22:00!! Not answering the phone....... arrogantly asking me which nr it was... Sooo unprofessional .. name badge turned around!!!! No , directions on OR Tambo as well!!! Europcar.... used you in Spain......... but never ever in the world especially South Africa ever again.... Worst car rental.... Should have opened my eyes earlier.... your drive club doesn’t even wor**** Will warn all my colleagues! Regards Dr Zuretha Bierman
