Nightmare rental experience at East London airport branch_reference number 497250

I rented a car at the East London airport branch and it's been the WORST experience of my life. I have rented from Europcar both for business and for private use for over a decade, but I have never had such an experience. I used an SAA Voyager award certificate for this rental, after having made the reservation on the Europcar side, for a two day rental inclusive of 200 free km a day. To my utter shock, I was charged for extra kilometres because according to Fritzeline (who knows jack about customer service by the way), Voyager only awards 100 free km a day. The infuriating thing is that this is news to me. NOWHERE on the Voyager website is this declared, and the certificate I used to hire the car doesn't state it either. I have rented from Europcar numerous times and their standard is 200 free km a day. Why does this have to be different when renting using a Voyager certificate? And why wasn't I made aware when picking up the car? Now I have to spend time, energy and money chasing after both Europcar and Voyager for a *****up that is not my fault! And Fritzeline's stinking attitude is not helping the situation at all. I am beyond incensed. I will NEVER EVER rent from Europcar again. You have just lost a loyal customer. And I will be spreading the word, you will be losing a BIG corporate client soon! Fix this mess and give me back my money!!!
