Never, ever will I hire from them again.

<p><strong>I challenge the personell of Europcar to call me!!!!</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>On my honeymoon to the Cape I hired a car for Europcar at the Cape Town International Airport.</p> <p>After returning the car, I received a call stating that the car had been in an accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had gone through the car, with the inspector, upon its return, and we both found nothing to be amiss. Thus this allegation didnt make sense at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>During said call I stated the above and was informed that an investigation would be done.</p> <p>After a week of absolute silence, I gave them a call, only to hear that <strong>NOW there was no damage</strong> to the car but a deduction of R840 was made, due to me driving a 1500km. </p> <p> </p> <p>I disputed this and stated that I had taken pictures of the millage and had only driven 583km. </p> <p>So where has the 1000km come from????</p> <p>Why am I firstly accused of being in an accident, only for this allegation to later dissapear, and the once again falsely accused of driving more that a 1000km???</p> <p> </p> <p>I once again challenge the personell give me a call, lets have this sorted.</p> <p> </p>
