Never again will I do business with Europcar again overall bad service and unfairness.

I have rented from the Europcar Hatfield branch a few times because my car insurance usually uses them as a rental agency. However, every time, they come up with an excuse not to return my full deposit. It feels as though they don't want to give it back and keep it for themselves. I gave them one last chance by renting from them again, but even when I checked in, they were very unprofessional. They do not disclose the necessary information when returning the car, which led to the issue of not getting my deposit back. Every time, there's another reason why they withhold my deposit. The manager is also rude and sarcastic. I will never do business with them again and will advise my insurance to use another rental agency. I'm so tired of these people making it so difficult to do business with them.
