Never Again
I took out a rental vehicle through my insurance on Friday, 31 May 2019. Ever since then, whenever I use the air-conditioner, bad smells are emitted from the fan. One of them being a smell of cigarettes. This is extremely uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. My clothes are constantly smelling of cigarette smoke and I don’t even smoke! Even when the air-conditioner is not is in use, the car still smells of cigarette smoke.
This is not what I expected from Europcar
