My mother handed to lawyers due to an invoice in dispute

My poor old mother has been handed to lawyers after they claim she owes them money for a scratch she denied committing. They fetched the car from her and just made her sign papers without highlighting that she will be liable for a scratch. We then requested more details from Gloria and she ignored our email for 9 months, until we found out that my mother was handed over to lawyers.
