Hi ,south africans please beware when hire with euro car hire kingshaka .i hire a car catagory H. i went into the eurocar hire website and done the booking. They guaranteed me with the hire by sending a voucher .I arrived at ther airport only to find that the card i used is a debit card and euro only takes credit card,so i had to rebook a catagory a and rebook ,of which i did .A week later i was charged additional 470.01 taken without my permission from euro car subsidary company CarFlexi e-Voucher No: CF17E498 Car Rental Provider Confirmation No: *** Rate Code: ***0 .I reported to absa ***** department and reported it as ***** and money laundering by eurocar inconjunction with absa bank .They refund me immediately.Today24th April 2020 i receive a call from absa ***** telling me that the going to redebit me and i must sort this out with eurocar.i find this very disturbing .Most of south african bluechip companies are like a mafia operation they work hand in hand de*****ing people and our government just sitback and allow these uk based companies to do so.
