MOST Dishonest Car-Hire-Company

I will not recommend anyone to use this company - they are ****s and *******. My insurance arranged a car hire with them, and I had to pay R2500 - which is refundable. The day they delivered the car to me, the guy didn't want to even get out of the car because he was afraid of my dogs - so he stopped the car in front of my gate Made sure they had my payment and then he left on foot. When they collected the car they claimed the jack was missing and the one-wheel cap was broken - when I told them that the delivery guy didn't even show me a sparewheel or jack or how the car is driven or where is what, they told me that they would speak to him. Now they claim that the collection guys had to stop cause something was wrong with the wheels and it was a loose nut so they claim that I did have used a jack - and they want me to pay an additional amount of almost R2000. They are ****mers making easy money off innocent people. I would not recommend them to anyone and I'm advising my insurance company also to change suppliers. Its a shame that I have to pay for their staff not being honest and not capable of doing their jobs correctly and honestly.
