Money Taken from our account
Our car broke down outside Middleburg on 23/10/15. We were forced to hire a car from Europcar Witbank, whioch was returned to them on 30/10/15.
They took a R750 fuel deposit, and a car deposit of R5,186. Of these the R750 and a net of R3,118 were refunded to me on 27/10 and 2/11 respectively.

Now, on 13/11/2015, having received no communication from Europcar, an amount of R2,675 was taken out of my credit card by Europcar. They have sent no invoice, nor contacted me, prior to taking this money out of my credit card. The only reason I knew it had happened was that my bank sent me a notification. I contacted by bank (ABSA) who said that they are unable to put a hold on, or stop, the transaction, so it seems they're ****** useless too.

Given that the deposit, less rental costs, was refunded on 2/11, Europcar cannot possibly have any reason - outside being ****** - to deduct any further fees, without my permission, from my account.
