Missing funds on deposit refund

I got an insurance courtesy car through kathu europcar, I inquired about dropping off the car in another province as I was relocating. They told me I will be charged 1k because its an insurance rental and when I returned the car at lanseria airport they charged me 1.77k which was not part of the agreement
